Frequently Asked Questions

  • We provide premium, nature-based 1:1 fishing respite and community access sessions right here in Springfield Lakes. Our services are designed specifically for self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants and are delivered in two straightforward packages: The Half-Day Cast (4 hours) for a relaxed introduction to fishing, and The Deep Dive Respite (6 hours) for an immersive, goal-focused day out on the water. Both packages include all your premium fishing rods, bait, tackle, safety gear, and dedicated 1:1 mentorship mapped directly to your NDIS goals.

  • Getting started with Complex Clarity is simple and stress-free. First, fill out our brief 2-minute online enquiry form or give us a call to share your goals and preferred session length. Next, we will arrange a casual Meet & Greet to discuss any specific mobility or sensory needs and ensure we are the perfect fit for you. Once everyone is happy, we will draft a transparent, NDIS-compliant Service Agreement outlining your dates and funding line items, and then we hit the water!

  • Unlike standard providers who offer large group outings, Complex Clarity focuses exclusively on dedicated 1:1 support. We believe true clarity and skill-building happen when a participant has the undivided attention, patience, and guidance of a specialized mentor. Furthermore, we don't just provide a "day out"—every session is intentionally structured around capacity building and mental well-being, transforming the peaceful art of fishing into a powerful tool for independence, emotional regulation, and real NDIS goal progression.

  • You can reach us anytime via email or by booking a consultation. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.
